Card Services scammers are using disconnected #s from old phone #s, possibly deceased. Here is data for 3 recent robo-calls to a home line.
877-211-0981 on 5/18/17 @3:24PM “TOLL FREE CALL” Card Services BS; I see call, I pick-up and record it, saying nothing; LISTEN: 877-211-0981-Same-Script-Same-Female Voice–of-Late-Congratulations.WMA -- Online data shows one report of Card Services.
