Claims to be some type of "retirement survey' - but by the questions they are asking, it looks as if they are targeting seniors with several different scam offerings via telemarketing.   Illegal robo-call.

just called me. Lady very nice. Retirement survey. Not any personal questions. Just insurance and such questions. Never even ask my name. And they donated to a charity of your choice they said. Guess no way of knowing if they do or not. But didn't take but about 1 1/2 mins.
