Caller ID looks hokey... Let it ring thru to VM. "US HOME EXTR" so I'm checking here- its a nearby area code but not one we get much phone traffic from. Not surprised if it turns out to be a new spoofed robocaller- (as usual no VM being left, and probably not able to be called back.
Bad Luck telemarketer for US Home Exteriors....maybe an old fashioned cold caller type since a call back goes to their office phone system. Certainly don't have any business with them and wouldn't be interested in their services... If there is a scam its only because I can't imagine anyone putting in cold call time for legit business on the verge of new years eve, and as a college town some neighborhoods almost empty out during holidays, leaving anyone driving around that isn't a familiar, suspect as a thief casing the homes easy to break in. Guess he didn't see the NRA sticker for Life Member, nor the security system signs.
It's the holiday so watch out for the criminal element trying to get over on us average citizens- they will do it by phone, by internet, and in person if they think they can get over and get away with it. Otherwise mostly cowards and will back down- otherwise that's what the magnum HP ammo is for.;-)
