Called received from this number, but no message was left.
They called my cell, which now will be charged for the receiving call.
Why does the phone companies don't do something about it and fine these JUNK callers?

Received a call from the listed number and party left no message.  Upon call ack it is a "alleged"  Oil company in Bell County Kentucky looking for investors.  They called a number that is not listed any where I asked how they got the number and he stated that it came from a Dun & Brad street listing for accredited investors.  Well that is funny as I am not an accredited investor and never have been.  I talked to Jay who stated that he would remove my number from his list.

I also had this number on my caller id. I called the number back and told them I had this number on my caller id.  The person said his name was Jay and that he was probably calling to talk to my 'husband' about an oil investment opportunity.  I told him I was divorced and he said sorry, he probably had the wrong number.
