Call - no reply upon answer - no message, etc

Phone rang twice or so, wasn't even able to answer it.

This call came to my cellular. I do not advertise my phone to anyone other than family and very close friends so how this individual or company got my number in the first place!

Phone rang .. went to pick up and they hung up. Rude.

Have no idea  about this #
