received call from this number wanting me to give personal info

Received call from an "Investigator Quinn" saying he needed me to call him back, it was VERY important!  When I called he asked me if I had a Mercedes.  I said NO and then began to ask questions of my own, ie., Are you a police officer?  What jurisdiction am I reaching?  Where are you located?  What is the name of your company?  Receiving no answers, I told him I wasn't answering any questions either.  Then I hung up.
