this number will appear in my caller id and will not respond. 3-5 times will appear in my caller id. Called them back and they don't answer.

I know it's AT&T. The stupid [***] don't respond when I answer and say "Hello", "yea" or whatever. If they don't speak, I hang up. The dumbasses should pay attention to the line if they call.
