When I answered, they were reminding me of a medical referral. When I selected one of the options, I was told "please hold" and was never connected. Tried to call back and got "this call could not be completed as dialed".

Same thing happened to me.   Grrr...it's so annoying.   They call and then you call back as soon as they call and it's all of a sudden disconnected.

That's happened to me before with this number. It's Lyster Army Hospital with an automated message. It doesn't always "connect" when someone answers.

This number is an outgoing number only.  It is the switchboard number for the Army Aeromedical group out of Fort Rucker.  Someone there is trying to contact you, or someone with a number similar to yours.
