Sounds like a collection agency. Always leaves a message asking to call back.

Called twice so far.  Both calls were on the weekend asking us to call back on Monday.  Both calls were automated (message only with no identifying details about an account) and the 'caller' didn't give us a chance to talk with a live person.  Sounds like a student loan collection agency? ... but I know we're not late on any student loan payments, so it seems suspicious.  Regarding caller ID, when I true unavailable name/number shows up, I receive a simple "unavailable" message.  This one shows "name unavailable," which makes me wonder if it was selected by the tele-agency.

These scumbags have called twice with their recorded and abusive and missinformed message. The problem they claim I have does not exist.

They can shove it.
