Its a scam

This persons says is a relative of you, scamming

this guy just called my mom saying he was my cousin from El Salvador ( he made her guess his name) and that he was coming to visit ,he was making a transfer in Mexico said he would call tomorrow from the airport.
when she told me, i told her not to take any calls from this number again and not to take any calls that are similar. Im sure that tomorrows call would be some where along the lines of " im stuck in mexico and need money "or some thing like that .

My wife just received a call from this number: the same thing: talking in Spanish saying that since we moved to Canada she does not remember his family from the US and he wanted her to guess his name, good thing that mi wife and I know this type of scams since we lived in Mexico and down there it happens all the time so she didn't give any info.Once my wife said that she needed a full name and a location from where he was calling the [***] cut the call.
