I got a call from a "Ms. Anderson" of RL Solutions.
Don't know what this is. Or who they are.

I received a call to she is a debt collector for pay day loans. I asked her to email me the information she did not then after I asked her to fax to me several times I received her fax today. It is from a payday loan that was taken out in July 2007.  I can't remember if I did this and my personal information on the letter is incorrect too. She is threating to send my account to the attorney general of california for a wage garnishment. Not sure what to do.

this is a scam, they have done the same to me about a year ago, they said they'll put me in jail and my live was over, I laugh at the guy, I don't think I'll go to jail for Fu&**g $ 300.00 and that's in the remote case that I really owe them that. I ask them nicely to sent me a fax or email me the proof of debt and they said they could not do that, they can only give that to the AG of California and that I would have to pay for all the attorney's fees, interest, etc. Them they sent me letter with some kind of FBI logo and some other guy probably from India, called me with this really very bad English that I could not understand half he said, I just let the guy talk and hung up on him after 3 mins. Their phone number don't even trace back to a real Company. the only thing you find about them is they're scammers. If this was a real debt they'll contact you the right way and they'll sent you proof of debt, and you could really talk to someone "real", with real phone numbers in a "REAL" collection agency -  That's the Law.

this person yells and insists on money payments

Nothing I find about this company makes any sense. They have a PO Box, their website is one of the free ones you can make in about ten minutes, PLUS their email is invalid?
