Got a call from this number... It's a scam!  They wanted my mom to send them money $1300 to be exact.  They hung up when she asked their full name...  DO NOT SEND MONEY.  IT IS A SCAM!!

Truly a scam This happened to my mom today. Asked for 1200$ The money was needed to send to Mexico. The caller was asking many questions posing as a family member in dire need of the money. Beware!!  Here is the information where the money needed to go:   Edith Marisol Hernandez Yerenas.  Zapopan Jalisco Mexico.

BEWARE!!!!!!  This man called my dad claiming to be the son of his aunt in California and wanted my dad to meet him at a specific location in Odessa, Tx.  My dad contacted his aunt and she confirmed that her son was there at her home and no where near west Texas.  The man called back again to tell my dad he was close to NM and my father asked for his name and he wouldnt give him one.  My father told him he spoke to his aunt and that her son was with her and told this man to not call again.  The man spoke mainly Spanish.  So far, this man has made no further attempts to contact my dad again.  BEWARE!!!!

My mother-in-law received a call from a man today posing as her nephew,  saying he needed money right away wired to him because he had an accident and didn't have insurance,  he needed money to pay the man he hit.  Caller didn't want her to call his mom,  saying that his mom was sick.   She believed it was her nephew,  but she always refers people asking for money to my husband,  her son, and gave the caller my husband's number.  The caller called my husband and spoke to him repeating needed money wired to him right away and that he was on his way to town to cash a check and would pay back the money.  Everything started to sound too weird,  especially when my husband tried to call back the number on caller id which is this number 331-271-7059,  and recording stated disconnected.  He texted the number for the caller to call back,  and he did.  No money was wired,  because my husband told the caller he was on job site and would not be able to do anything until tomorrow.  After discussing the details of the caller's requests,  we suspected something not right,  prompting me to do a search on the number and found this blog.
