Unable to understand caller. I think they said something about wanting to verify something. I think they said they were from Human Services. The person calling had a foreign accent, They hung up when I asked what they wanted and that I couldn't understand them.

Called within the last half hour. Man with thick Indian accent, from 'Dept of Health and Human Services', saying he needed to verify something. Had anyone in my family had hip replacement surgery, had anyone used Lipitor . When I answered no to both, he said thank you, and hung up.

The Department of Heath and Human Services does not the manpower to call individuals about taking certain medications; as that would be a violation of HIPPA. use some common sense.  Simply tell the call to remove your phone number from their call list. Besides they don't even know your name..

Same call details. Way to early in the day to deal with foreigners posing as US Gov employees, unconvincingly.

The same as reported by others. This man said he was calling from the US Department of Heath and Human Services with a very thick Indian accent. Very hard to understand. I asked him to remove my phone number from their call list. I did not deliver any of the information he requested as it was private information.
