calling way to many times
and no one on the other line when picked up. very disruptive for my wife.

Do yourself a favor & pay off this card if you have it as soon as possible. The day before your Payne t is due expect a call every hour . They call from all different states . They call before 9 am & after 9 pm

Glad to know who it is.  I made a payment two weeks ago which did not post to the account, but came out of my checking account.  Called them talked to somebody in India, tried to put the account in dispute until the issue could be resolve.  Sent in a copy of my bank statement.  They told me that did not suffice and that I HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT.  They obviously do not know the rules of the US.  I am sending in a complaint to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau.  And I an going to pay off this card and then cut it up.
