331-215-8821 is currently being used by a repugnant debt collector.

I think everybody knows that it is better not to talk with debt
collectors,  much less with those hiding behind 331-215-8821
to harass people with anonymous calls.

Called, got the answering machine, hung up without leaving a message -- 6:15 PM on a Wednesday.

I answered the call at 7:20pm Wed. night and the guy stated he was Chuck calling for the chief of police. I hung up

Called.  did not leave message.  Called again on 10/2...same
