CID says Unavailable, leaves no message.

Got the same call a few minutes ago.  Caller ID was "Unavailable".  When I get calls like this, I pick up for less than a second, then hang up, breaking the connection.  When I do this, they never call back!

Showed up on CID as Illinois Call at 7:14 tonight.  No message.

Did not leave a message.

Received a call early this morning from the Illinois Police Chiefs Association with a phone number from Aurora, IL. Anyone who donated money to ANYONE over the phone is a bigger fool that these jerks who make the call.
