when you get a call from 331-210-9020 right when you say hello they hang up but when i call from different number some guy answer noting but scammers

Robocall. No message. Obviously collecting live phone numbers. I had a dream last night that 100 of these [***] were rounded up in a stadium and everyone was given bows and arrows and shot into the field of scammers. Of, Can we? Please can we? Build it and they will come?
