I received a called from this number 331-030-9010 saying it was my nephew from Mexico and that he was on his way to the USA. He said he was coming in his truck and that he will call back when he was in the US. Later he calls back saying he was almost home. I said I dont have any nephews in Mexico why are you playing jokes! He said yes you do Im Ruben, I said I dont have any family members with that name and I I hang up. Who in the world is this people?

I'm not unsympathetic, but you people sound like idiots. Are you that stooopid that you think bitching about these calls is going to stop it?
Here's what I do, hang up and get over it! If they call again, I block them then I go online and enter that number in every bogus contest I can find. I go on porn sites and open bogus accounts and post their phone numbers so all the freaks see them. Then they have to buy a new Magic Jack and start over again. If dumb [***] would stop sending money and falling for this [***], and if everyone would put their phone numbers all over the web, we have begun to fight back!
But instead you come on here and cry, likely the same idiots that sent these terrorists money. AND THE NUMBERS CAN'T BE TRACED,THEY ARE USING MAGIC JACKS. Dumbasses!
