THE CALLER PRETENDED TO A FAMILY MEMBER FROM MEXICO. THE CALLER ASKED FOR MONEY BECAUSE OF CARTEL MEN THREATS OF INJURY. THE CALLER NEVER GAVE THE NAME ONLY SAID HE WAS FAMILY. ITS A SCAM CAUSE FAMILY ALWAYS IDENTIFYS BY NAME. DONT BELIEVE IT.

Scary. Got call 11-26-11. 9:30 am. Man pretending to be a cousin from Mexico. Says it's a surprise, asks, guess who this is? Does this to get you to say relative names then try to get money by calling back saying they have your relative and will kill him/her if $ is not deposited. I hung up because I realized this person was getting info from me since he really knew nothing about me or family. I did not pick up phone again though he called again. These people have no morals and ought to be encarcerated. Perros arrastrados!

We also got this type of call several times. It is a bit scary. They dont give names but ask you questions to try to get you to say a relative's name and then they say, "yes thats me". Just be awar of any calls and NEVER give out any information or answer and questions.
