this is a spanish speaking person that said he was my cousin he was coming to visit us to our house and ask for my adress then hang up

A spanish speaking man called. He knew my name and said he was my childrens cousin. He sounded like an older gentleman and said he wasnt far from where i live (knew the town i was near) and said he was coming to visit me and my children because he 'missed them' i then called my kids actual cousin and he said that he had been at work all day and hadnt called us. very scarey. he knew where we live. please please be careful when answering this unknown number. we will be calling the police station and telling them of this.

this is a spanish seeking person who said he was a nephew. I didn't recognize his voice and he kept on nagging until i finally said "then whats your moms name?" and then he hung up.

Me llamaron diciendo q es un primo, con voz del sur se mexico, yo no tengo familia, conocidos ni relacion con nadie del sur, por lo q identifique inmeditamente q era un intento de extorsión, pueden averiguar la ubicacion de la linea en internet, por medio de la conexion y el numero de registro que queda con la llamada, saludos, estan a las afueras de guadalajara

This is all part of the well known "grandparent" or "family member" scam. Don't answer, don't call back, don't give any information.  They will call again and need money because of an emergency.  Here is some info and some other numbers reported with the same scam here on 800 notes.
