Keep calling me and when I answer nobody is there

Some kind of notification, say, about school closing due to weather.

They call and take forever to get on the line. When they do they say they are from the electric company and are part of the co op choice program. They called 2 times in 1 day less than an hour apart after i told them the 1st time to remove my number. On the 2nd call they didnt say anythung at 1st and i was telling my mother in law that it was that stupid elecrric company thing again. When he did get on the line he said "yeah the stupid electeic company thing again" and as i repeated that again and proveeded to tell them i just told you to remove my number. I dont want to change anything with my service they hung up on me. Ive told them numerous times before to remove my number.
