This number came up on my home phone. Caller said he was checking phone line. He asked if this was Carolina Healthcare. I told him no and that I have had my number since 1979. He then repeated my number to me to verify and said thanks and hung up. I called the number back, my number is blocked. He answered the phone as Ben. Why would a number from OHIO be checking my phone line?
