Yes the calls started today, over and over, then blocked calls follow them , need to find out how to stop them , they go to my cell number

I must have gotten on some list, because I've gotten easily a dozen calls in the last two days from this number and another number that displays "Restricted Number" on the phone display.
I know they're related, because first I get a call from the "Restricted Number" and then not 30 seconds later, I get a call from the 330-752-1778 number.
I don't answer, and they never leave a message.
