This number has been calling my cell phone since November 2015 with increasing frequency, often multiple times per day.  After finally answering on two different occasions, the call was silent and lasted 6 to 7 seconds before the caller (or automation) disconnected.  The number immediately called me again within two minutes.  Adding to my blocked numbers list on my phone.
