Called my cellphone.  Recorded message from "Lisa" at "your credit card account".  Just another credit card scam, but this one uses a local cell-phone exchange number.  Undoubtedly spoofed, but they do seem to be getting better at making the call appear to be "local".  Don't bother to answer this one, just block the number if you have that capability.
