Called and left no message here too!

left message about survey. my number is on do not call list so i have no idea how they got this number.  Not the first time kent has called and left message and they seem to use different number every time.

Legitimate survey companies are exempt from the Federal Do Not call laws and most states' Do Not Call laws - until you tell them to put you on their internal do-not-call list.

But these companies make it difficult to tell them that; their operators often hang up quickly to avoid hearing the request. If they call again, try and get their business name and address and post it here.

Crummy telemarketers often claim their call is a survey, trying to evade the regulations, but they are not exempt, as the purpose of the call is to sell something eventually.

Scammers will say anything.
