Answered a call from 330-633-9302 re: lowering credit card interest rates to 6.9%. I immediately asked who they were calling for as I have no credit cards and a block on my credit report. A male immediately hang up on me. This number is being investigated for "caller ID spoofing" which is illegal use of a false call back number.
