This number has been calling a few days ago, and they have called 4 times today. When I answer it hangs up. I've called it and no one answers.

Call three times today. I finally picked up on the third call. Caller said they were just calling to confirm. When I asked to confirm what they said "yes." English was defiantly not their primary language. They then rattled off my address and said they would be sending me something (I could not understand what). I responded that I would not confirm my address and that I did not want anything sent to me. They then hung up.
