Same, called me, a painting contractor, asked if I worked with Maintenance companies, told them, no. They are usually a pain to work with, never pay, not worth wasting my time with them.
Young lady who called me, said she understood.

Same dorks called me today, and left a message for painting, Carrie at 800-309-8857 x221.
this is actually the 3rd time they called me in the last 3 days.
