a recorded message stating we had business with this company (did not say who) and we needed to return the call to get important information, i returned the call and there was no answer.  did not call the 800 number. we get a number of calls a week but sometimes someone else answers the phone and i didn't pay attention.  i am now.

Received a recorded call instructing me to call this number or an 800 number regarding business I had with them.  This number is for the Stark County Credit Bureau.  I called out of curiosity.  They asked what number I received the call to determine who they were trying to get a hold of.  They gave me the name of someone I've never heard of.  They said they would enter that the number is incorrect and apologized for me receiving the call.

Received this call also.  Asked that I return the call to 330-494-9494.  Did not return the call.  If they cannot tell me their name, they do not deserve the courtesy for a call-back.

I've been getting this call for a while, but it was only partial messages, but they won't identify themselves. I don't want them anymore.

I have gotten this call twice now and when I attempt to return the call I never get an answer. If this is the Stark County Credit they need to improve their professionalism and at the very least identify themselves when they call!!
