Finally answered, said they were a friendly Medicare advisor. I asked what they wanted and they hung up.

It's this Joe that keeps calling me, ever since I used my phone number on the job seeking sites Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, etc. He calls from different numbers and no amount of blocking them or refusing his pitch ever serves to stem the tide of calls.
