No message left, when call is returned to this number automated voice says number has been disconnected.

This number in addition to occasionally using the number 330-479-0010 has rang my phone 5 to 10 times daily.. sometimes back to back. No one will answer or leave a voice mail.  I tried returning the call but I get an automated recording that each of these numbers have been disconnected!  How can that be??  The number had just called me.  I have been registered for years on the DO NOT call list and this is really making me angry!  I will attempt to find out how to complain against and block these numbers

This is just a guess, but I think this number is connected to the company, Argent Healthcare, which is a company that says they want to help you pay your medical bills, but who, in fact, are a collection agency specializing in the health care field (check out their web site, ugh!  Google Argent Healthcare).  You cannot call this number back and it always shows up on my caller ID either before or after calls from Argent, who will call 3, 4, even 5 times in a row after we've already said we're not interested and not to call again.  If you owe money to any medical provider, no matter how small the bill, then that's who's calling you.  Argent brags that they will go after debtors who owe even small amounts.
