Parker Fellows and Smith illegal debt collector

I received a missed call and a voicemail from the phone number. It says Ohio on the caller ID but somehow when I researched the firm name they're in delaware... they told me I had an outstanding payday loan that needed paid I said send me the notice in then mail and the lady I spoke with read off my address I said good now send me a bill in the mail. Before I hung up she said we have sent you several mailings. I said nope I never received anything... and I haven't.
