Larry Nobles or larrynobles.com is the owner of this number and Steve Finkel or stevefinkel.com are the cohort spammers who will call, email, bug you.  I have tracked down their fake addresses, call center base, po. boxes, filed complaints.  Do file an FCC complaint at spame.uce.org and mention steve finkel who owns two businesses using that number: Placement Marketing and Professional Search Seminars.  Everyone must file complaints.

Received a call on 2/26/13 @ 2:44 PM and no one answered when I picked up the phone!!  Area code is OHIO
(Akron/Canton or Youngstown)!!  Must be robo caller and a Teller-marketer company!!  Will block the number and report it!!
