this caller is rude, I think it's a scam. Why would Trumbull County Sheriff call from a cell phone. I don't have enough money to pay my own bills

CALLER CALLED AND ASKED FOR PARTICULAR SOMEONE, SAID HE WAS NOT HOME, HE WILL CALL BACK, I ALSO AGREE WITH SAM1, WE GET CALLS FROM FOP, TRUMBULL COUNTY SHERIFF, ASKING FOR DONATIONS... I AM ASSUMING IT IS FOR THAT ALSO. I CAN'T AFFORD MY OWN BILLS... EVERYBODY WANTS A DONATION.... I NEED A DONATION TO KEEP ME GOING.

This number keep appearing on my caller ID and I let it go to recorder......then no message is left. I'm on the "DO NOT CALL" list......need to go back in and register again. Need to do that every now and again.
