answered phone - no one was there!

Just got one here as well - no answer.

A brief song plays and then is followed by an obscure message about "final opportunity to lower your card interest rates. Press "1" to speak to an operator and "2" to disconnect."  Cryptic [***] and when I pressed one and asked to be removed from the list the gentleman promptly hung up on me.  The company only goes by the name of "Card Services."  I'd be careful here.
