Called and left no messages, typical behavior of a scammer who has something to hide.  CID says "Akron OH".  The phone is an unlisted VoIP through Bandwidth.com.  

I'm a subscriber to Anthem Blue Cross and if this was them calling I would expect that they would leave their call back info.  Since they didn't, I do not believe they are Anthem.  Added to my call blocker.

CID says Akron OH. let it go to vm. no msg.
