This number called my cell phone. "Rachel" left a message stating she had some important information regarding my electric bill. I don't currently have an electric bill so I assume this is a scam. Sounded like a very generic recorded message.

I also had a message from Rachel evening to my cell phone.  It from this number about a monthly electric bill..  Sounded recorded.

Also got the same recorded message from "Rachel" two days in a row now.  Sounds like a scam.

'Rachel' calling me about my electric bill with a number to call.  Definitely recorded, I've gotten it twice this week.

I got a call from this number. They work with Electric companies and Apartment companies. They are pretty friendly and will take your number off their solicitation list.
