They call, hang up. Sometimes sit on phone for a few then hang up.

caller ID said Hubbard OH. Soliciting  for a fund for Nashville Police who were killed in the line of duty.

A man called and asked for my brother who has been deceased for almost three years and never had my phone number. ASA I said, I'm sorry but.................. it sounded like he hung up but I could still hear sounds in the background. This is sick, and part of the reason I never ever answer my phone if I don't know whose calling for sure. They can leave a message and I'll call back if I want to. So much for all this PHI and Privacy Acts, huh? It's all BS.
