left a voicemail, claimed to be from check fraud, but no agency given, just the number for a call back, sounded like a boiler room in the background, based in Ohio, several states away from us.  had half of our name correct.

Left a voicemail, claiming from a check fraud department the person name was chase and he was rude as hell and he threatend me stating that he was going to have a warrant put out for my arrest. Informed him that I need the name of company and address so that I could provide to my attorney and he disconnected the call.  this is a debt collector. they did not have my information correct.
