Posting here won't cause any "action" to take place against these people. All of you receiving this call actually need to "take action." Call your LEA (police, FBI, etc). STOP answering these calls. BLOCK the number. Hell, call your local news channel (do they have a "Channel Five on YOUR side" type of thing? Most cities do.)
Once the government is back up, report it to their websites, as well.

If NO ONE complains/does anything, this will continue! It takes EVERYONE saying something to stop these criminals.
