I received a text message from this number, not a phone call, and it would appear to be another scam text message claiming that you have been selected to receive a $1000 gift card from Best Buy, and to go to the address http://gc.bestbuy.com.click4cards.info/?id=103208.
I did not try to connect from my cell phone, but did look up the address on the computer and it is blocked as a web threat, by my anti-virus.
