Got a call claiming I was being used as a reference. Tried to find out information about this company - they refused to answer my questions. They are terrorsists!

I don't know anyone from here, so a sales person I'm sure.  I"m not answering, if it was someone I knew or really important theyd leave a message and they did not.

I think these people are debt collectors, I received a letter in the mail from them due to not paying a student loan and being in default. The interesting thing is that the fees & costs are a lot, don't know if it is the collection company fees or fees from the student loan people. I do know that it is more than the interest. The letter did not have this number listed in the letter only an toll free 866 number. Not 100% sure if this is the company but here is some information on them.
