This letter is in regard to your outstanding loan account, we have repeatedly advised you of your long overdue balance. Since you have not made your payment, so we have turned over your account to our Federal Department and instructed them to commence suit without further delay.

            There is still time, however, to avoid suit if you contact us. This will be your final opportunity to resolve this matter without the expense of court procedure.

           There is no positive reply from your side. It clearly shows that you are running away from this legal matter. Now any time you will get summons as well as possession notice for auction of your any property, you have to sign power of attorney.

As per contract between you and the company what you had signed, Company can go for all legal process and once class action will be started your resolvement amount will be higher plus all legal expenses and charges.

           Your social security number may be blocked and blacklisted by banking authorities as per laws. Now best is yours either resolve it now or ready to go for long legal process.

I do not have any outstanding debt other then a medical bill I am paying on. I could not understand a word he said on the one message I received. I did answer the e mail and told him to stop calling me and if he or his business felt there was a dept to send me a letter in the US mail

Received a bogus email telling me to call this number due to unpaid medical bills. It's an obvious scam attempt.

received a call that there is a warrant for my arrest, I owe money for fast cash loan. Never took a loan from one of those places. He said the money would be coming out of my account today. I called the police warrant department. Obviously no warrant for my arrest. I called the number back to tell them I spoke with the police and there is no warrant for my arrest. They just hung up. I have tried to call back several times because now I'm pissed off. They just hang up on me.

I first got an e-mail for an unpaid medical bill, out of curiosity I decided to call the numbe.  Someone identified himself as Roy Wilson an IRS officer said a warrant has been issued for my arrest for owing IRS,  I caught the lie.  I asked him , so from unpaid medical bill to owing IRS?. So people beware of this number.
