This person, definitely female, goes by the name Kelsey, is a collection agent for DeKalb County Solutions (DCS), of Dekalb, Illinois. This company is based in Illinois, and buys up 20 year old debts and tries to collect on them. DCS KNOWS that that statute of limitations has run out, yet ignores this and harrasses you, your employers, rental offices of where you live to try and get you top pay debts that have long been removed from your credit record. Ignore them, do not speak to them; what they are doing is illegal. DCS used to call out of Chicago, now they've moved to calling out of Seattle. I find it hard to believe that the law allows them to stay in business.

A FEMALE CALLED ASKING FOR A HEIDI, THE OWNER. THEY WERE TOLD THAT THERE IS NO SUCH PERSON HERE BY THAT NAME! STATED THAT SHE MUST BE HERE!

I just received a call from Kelsey asking for my neighbor, she was trying to pose as a past friend.  I am not sure why she called my number but I going to report this to the Better Business Bureau.  This type of business behavior is deceptive and unethical.
