I received a call from this number as well with no voicemail. I never answer numbers that I don't know so I am wondering if anyone knows who this number belongs to.

Received 2 phone calls from this number, the 1st time it only range twice before they hung up, the 2nd time I was able to pick it up. There was static in the background then what sounded like music/recording then they hung up.

I picked up the call, which was on my cell phone, music played for a few seconds, and then it hung up.
