SOMEONE SAID THEY SAW MY AD ON CRAIGLIST WITH A BUSINESS PROPOSITION FOR BUSINESS WITH CLIENTS IN MY AREA. WONDERING IF LEGIT OR SCAM.

do you have an ad on Craigslist?  If not its a scam for sure.

If you do have an ad be very careful.  Don't share much information until you meet the person who sent the message.  If they refuse to meet in person that's more evidence they are a scammer.  

Google the business.  Look it up on your local Better Business Bureau website.  If bad information shows up you shouldn't do business with them.

Received same message from guy claiming to be Berney Smyth hiring manager for Pavarini Co.
Few hours later I got same message from another guy claiming same thing, he was Philip Tyler at 407-674-3440

I am an attorney representing Pavarini Construction Company.  This phone number is attached to a scam.  Someone is trolling the job boards and offering positions to people as Pavarini's local agent.  The scammer will then ask for bank account information in order to wire money.  DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION TO THIS PERSON.  This number is not connected in any way to Pavarini Construction Co.
