Yes, this so called company called me up saying that I owed a certain amount of money to a Capitol One Card that I had 8 years ago. They said you can pay $1300 dollars now or we can go to court. I said (Send me the court papers), plus what is the statue of limitations and then he just hung up on me. I tried to find out who owned this number and I get no one except California (Los Angeles)

First a lady called me  from 626-581-6282 telling me to called a Mark Edward. I asked her about and she told me I need to talk to him. So when I called the first thing he ask me what my social and ask why u asking me . He told me I had to tell him if that was my social, I told him I am not going to tell me unless you tell why and he hung up.
