I answer they hang up.

No message

Hangup caller. No message. Called back from another phone line and got message that person not available. No voicemail function. BLOCKED

5/17/17 12:05 PDT  I'm on a roll today.  Answered another unidentified call because I thought it might be a delivery person.  Knew right away that it is probably a scam because live person came on line after that noise made by robo call and the person asked for Mr or Mrs.  He's been gone for more than 10  yrs.  Hung up on caller and will block.
