Every day, several times a day, we are getting calls from 323-892-2143 with caller I.D. as Velia Foster.  Never leaves any message.  Can not find any information on the number, but Google has quiet a bit on someone named Vilia Foster in Los Angeles. Have no idea why this person is calling or what they want.

Anyone else getting these calls?
